Carpet Python Found Snoozing on Pallet
This Coastal Carpet Python was found coiled up on a pallet by staff at a business in Archerfield. Our snake catcher Brandon removed the snake and relocated it to a more appropriate spot. Pythons often make their way into human spaces to seek shelter, particularly with the recent cool weather in the Brisbane region. Though they are less active during cool weather, snakes will take advantage of the sun and actively bask to warm themselves in order to be at operating temperature.
