This Red Naped Snake was removed from a Yatala property by our catcher Bryce. This nocturnal species is considered weakly venomous to people. They actually forage for and feed on sleeping lizards at night. They tend to favour drier forested areas rather than well watered areas like other small Elapids tend to.
